Indian Vegetarian Cookery - improvers

Observe the methods used for preparing Indian food. Explore the flavours and taste the finished product before making it yourself. You will be taught the main traditional ingredients and spices used in Indian cuisine. For the session please bring a wok, a heavy non-stick frying pan or griddle pan, a sharp knife, containers to take your food home in, a clean tea-towel , a straining spoon, a kitchen roll, 2 large spoons, a plate, tea-spoons, large empty glass jar to take home your hot oil. A list of ingredients will be supplied before the start of the course.
