Posturecise - beginners

Learn to maintain or improve suppleness, muscle tone and general well-being through the principles of the Alexander Technique. There will be simultaneous demonstration and explanation in a whole group, and there will be opportunities to work in pairs. You will be encouraged to reflect on how the body is feeling as you progress. Wear loose fitting clothing and either soft soled shoes or bare feet. You will also need a small cushion and exercise floor mat.
