Yoga - beginners

Yoga increases body awareness by using breathing techniques, Yoga postures, warm-ups, stretches, relaxation, short posture sequences and supporting techniques. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a blanket or a mat and a small bottle of water for re-hydration. Standing postures will be carried out in bare feet.
