Gain confidence in using the sewing machine in a relaxed and friendly learning environment. You will need to provide your own sewing equipment, fabrics and materials. Sewing machines are provided, however, you can bring your own sewing machine if you wish. Please do not buy any fabric or patterns until after the first week. Gain confidence in using the sewing machine in a relaxed and friendly learning environment. Sewing machines provided but feel free to bring your own if you have one. - A4 ring binder, A4 lined paper and pen. - Scrap fabric for sample seams. - Fabric 1.5m to make a bag. - Learners need to buy their own sewing equipment, fabrics and other materials to make their chosen items. - Fabric scissors, scissors for paper, small embroidery scissors. - Glass-headed pins, hand sewing needles. - Tape measure and a tailor's chalk marking pencil. More information will be given at the first session.
