Using the Indian herbs and spices you will apply the traditional methods of ingredient preparation and cooking to make authentic Indian vegetarian dishes. For the session please bring a wok, a heavy non-stick frying pan or griddle pan, a sharp knife, containers to take your food home in, a clean tea-towel , a straining spoon, a kitchen roll, 2 large spoons, a plate, tea-spoons, large empty glass jar to take home your hot oil. A list of ingredients will be supplied before the start of the course.
