Nordic walking, walking with poles (not unlike skiing sticks) is a walking exercise designed to involve the upper body and provide an enjoyable way to improve fitness in nature rather than in the gym. This 4 week course is designed to introduce you to the techniques involved and ensure that you get the most out of this form of exercise.
