This is a practical introduction to Indian Head Massage to introduce the techniques needed to be able to give a relaxing 20 minute head massage.Learn massage techniques, work in pairs to give and receive a head massage and have fun. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and a round or v-necked T shirt and bring a towel. Please ensure finger nails are clean and short. As this is a 1 day workshop we advise people to bring along a packed lunch and bottled water.
