Digital street photography - beginners

The main aims of the course are to look at photographs captured by the pioneers of street photography and learn to identify what works about their pictures; learn how to plan for success; increase your confidence of photographing subjects in public; learn how to best optimise your camera so it's ready for action; practice shooting techniques; shoot Street photography. This course is a mixture of some classroom work and some practical work outdoors. Please note that this course involves some walking from the adult learning centre into town and you will need to be able to carry all of the gear that you need. On the day Please bring your camera, your camera's manual, your battery fully charged and a spare if you have one, a rain cover for your camera might be handy depending on the weather, a note book and pen and wear a nice comfortable pair of walking shoes.
