You will learn to crtique your own work and that of your peers through consideration of the questions to ask! You will research subject matter and other artists` work and plan a programme for yourself. Technique and skills will be introduced or covered in relation to individuals; interest and need rather than as pre-planned sessions.For the first session please bring examples of current artwork or pieces that may be relevant to new work you would like to make. Sketchbooks and photos are also useful. Bring any art materials you would like to work with (oil paints must be non solvent based).To get the most out of this course you will need to continue your work at home where possible. This may involve actual art practice or research.
