This qualification will give the relevant practical and theory needed by the welding industry, training is delivered by experienced and qualified staff and covers compliance with the requirements of PUWER 1998. The Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations. Candidates will gain an understanding of the manual metal arc (MMA) metal inert gas shielded (MIG/MAG ) welding processes and produce welds that will be tested to BS 4872.
