Within this course, awarded by CIEH (Chartered Institute of Environmental Health), the following units will be studied: -Microbiology -Food poisoning outbreaks and recent trends -Cleaning -Personal hygiene -Equipment & premises hygiene -Food handling and storage -Pests & vermin -Legislation There is a multichoice examination to be taken at the end of the course.
