Mindfulness is the art of living in the moment and there is growing evidence that the benefits can improve your mental and physical health. Students aged 16 and over who wish to manage pain/ stress/ anxiety, to improve relationships and to improve concentration and focus in their lives. To enable the student to understand the principles of mindful living and to incorporate it into their daily lives. A combination of guided mindful meditations, understanding and practising mindfulness techniques and a commitment to daily practise, including keeping a journal of their personal journey.
