Level 3 Certificate in Salon Management

This course is a progression route for students who already hold a Level 2 qualification in Beauty Therapy or Hairdressing and who would like to develop their leadership skills, making them highly employable in a management role within an advanced salon/clinic. As this course is one day a week, it is also ideal for practising therapists and stylists who want to reduce time away from the salon, but gain valuable management skills. The aim of the course is to make you competent and confident in the management skills that a salon requires. You will learn and gain experience in vital communication, marketing and management to enhance your salon career and give confidence when setting up and starting your own business. The course involves a variety of theory based units, which will give you vital knowledge in management, marketing and health and safety.
