This beginners course introduces learners to sugarcraft. Learn how to cover a cake, basic piping techniques and how to make frills and flowers. Each week learners will cover a different skill or project. Arrangements can be made for resources and materials to be provided at a charge to the learner, otherwise learners will need to source all their own materials.
