Established in 1990, JTL currently supports over 5,000 individuals working towards their Advanced Apprenticeship in trades such as Electrical installation, Plumbing, Engineering Maintenance and Heating & Ventilating. This course is designed to enable the learner to solve problems and make decisions, lead a team effectively and understand leadership and leadership qualities. Optional units include motivating others to perform in the workplace, managing projects and influencing others at work.
