Transactional Analysis: Year Two Part Three

UPDATED 20150805 18:10:28

Transactional Analysis (or TA as it is often called) is a model of people and relationships. It is based on two notions: first that we have three parts or 'ego-states' to our 'personality. The other assumption is that these converse with one another in 'transactions' (hence the name). TA is a very common model used in therapy and is a powerful tool to bring about human wellbeing. Do you know who pulls your strings? Why do you react as you do? Come and find the answers. It's fun and empowering.
