Philosophy: Political and Ethical Problems in Classical Drama

A two-term course of 22 weeks; we will start with two lessons of introduction, one on Classical Greek culture generally, one on Greek drama. Then we will study 10 dramas, giving one week to a summary of the drama, the second to a close consideration of the political and ethical problems raised.
