Political and Economic Development from World War 2

The course comprises a chronological study of international relations since the end of World War Two. Students will study the settlement at the end of the War, the establishment of the European Union, the start of the Cold War, the arms race, the Vietnam War, the end of the Cold War, the Rise of China and the development of Islamic fundamentalism.
