Drumming & Relaxation

Each class will include gentle exercises to relax, stretch, energise and strengthen. Some are adapted from yoga or tai chi. There will be practice of relaxation and meditation exercises based on counting breaths. Then there will be learning activities to develop drum/percussion playing skills including Drumcircle (create your own) and some Samba rhythms.
