This course is suitable for absolute beginners to knitting and crotchet techniques and also learners who would like to improve their skills and learn some new ones. Learners will gain an understanding of the terms 'yarn bombing and urban knitting' and produce work to decorate the outside structure of the Shipley Art Gallery. We shall explore experimenting with and combining other creative techniques such as felt making.
