Course Description: This is a 30 week course with the examination taking place in the Summer term. The aim is to cover the syllabus within 30 teaching weeks including at least 3 weeks at the end for revision and examination past paper practice to give you the best possible chance in the exam. What will I learn? Students will learn about several areas of Mathematics covering; Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Handling Data and Shape, space and Measuring. Mathematics will be seen as an holistic subject and how it is used in a practical and aesthetic way in everyday life. Students will also study problem solving techniques. What syllabus will I follow? Code: 1MA0/F Entry Tier: Foundation Target Grade: C The course will run for 30 weeks starting on Thursday 17th September 2015 What do I need to know before I start the course?
