This course is a Progression Award at Entry Level 3 or Level 1 and designed for people who need a little support in their learning. Please contact Nikki Naylor on 0161 253 7287 for a pre course interview. What will I learn? You will use a number of cooking methods to produce various dishes which take into account nutritional value and costs. You will need to observe health and safety rules whilst you develop the confidence to progress to more advanced dishes. You will learn how to work with others to get things done and look at how you interact with others.
