The ILM Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management is ideal for individuals who have management responsibilities but no formal training,and are serious about developing their abilities or for aspiring managers. The qualification is made up of a wide range of units covering core management skills such as team leadership,change,innovation,managing people and motivating and developing people. This is an intensive course,which will require a significant amount of independent study. There are approximately 16 - 18 assessments,which will need to be completed in order to achieve the full Diploma.
