Introduction to the Creative Industries (Level 1)

UPDATED 20150729 15:41:16

Working in a Team: You'll learn the importance of working with others as you and your group work together in a real recording studio. You'll also write, shoot and edit your own movie trailer. In addition to this, you improve your maths and English skills. Independent Learning: Explore your individual talents as you learn the basics of the creative industries. Discover your creative side by designing a logo using Photoshop and creating and sharing your own music tracks. Learning to work on your own will help you become self-motivated and disciplined. You'll also develop a CV and sit your English and ICT exams. Getting ready for Progression: Mastering the basics for DJing and computer game design will be the final units needed for you to complete your Level 1 diploma. This term will see you start your GCSEs and complete higher-level projects. Your tutor will help you decide which of our BTEC Level 2 courses are right for you.
