Learning key skills in Bread Baking, you will be introduced to Artisan Breads and pastries. These may include: Chocolate filled bread rolls; Focaccia from Italy; Braided bread; Tart aux Citron; Assorted Biscuits; Chocolate Caramel Flan etc.
