You will be dealing with customers face to face, in writing and by telephone. Resolving customer problems and improving customer relations, promoting the products and services of your employer, collecting customer feedback and making recommendations for improvements. The Diploma in Customer Service contains mandatory units and optional units which are selected based on your job role. You will also study Functional Skills Maths and English at Level 1 (exempt if you have achieved GCSE grades A* to C in the last 5 years).
