Course aim: to encourage learners to incorporate T'ai Chi and Qigong exercises and practices into their daily lives to benefit their health and develop mental relaxation.Through repetition and practice learners will be able to acquire basic proficiency in T'ai Chi and Qigong, incorporating deep breathing.
