Numbers and Money Matters (LDD)

This course is about building the learner's confidence in using money by applying it to relevant, realistic situations, and using it to solve problems through individual or group projects.Learners will: - Improve their ability to recognise numerals and money, count and do simple arithmetic relating to everyday situations, such as paying, giving change and telling the time. - Use money and maths as an integral part of classroom activities. - Count, order, add and subtract numbers. - Read and write the numbers involved. - Measure, order and sort objects. - Apply ICT, number, communication, reading and writing skills to projects and displays.
