The aim of this two - day workshop is to provide practical knowledge of Neuro - Linguistic Programming (NLP).NLP was developed by Dr Richard Bandler and Dr John Grinder in the 1970s and provides a set of tools for personal development. Whether you want to make changes in your career or personal life, NLP provides strategies for achieving your full potential. This workshop takes the format of discussion and practical exercises designed to help you take control of your life, recognise your choices and capacity for change, overcome negative beliefs and develop positive attitudes. The structure of the course gives you time to practise these new techniques in your everyday life and return for a second day to review and build on these.
