Can't draw? Want to draw? This is an ideal place to start. On this creative course we will continue looking at basic drawing & illustration techniques. Including excercises to develop skills in tone, colour, texture and composition we will also look at other artists' and designers' work for ideas and inspiration. We will be using various materials such as pencil, pen, collage and coloured media such as paint, pastel and coloured ink.You will gain more confidence in using drawing materials and be encouraged to take part in group discussions and have access to one to one support . The overall aim is to help you learn some techniques and develop your ideas through a mixture of practice, discussion and demonstration. There is a morning and an afternoon session with different weekly projects for each session so you can enrol for either one session or both knowing that you will not be repeating yourself.
