The aim of the course is to learn how to decorate beautiful cakes for any occasion.You will learn how to cover and decorate cakes, using various tools and techniques to create clever effects. You will leave this course with the confidence to create simple yet impressive celebration cakes.

Entry requirements

The ingredients/basic equipment list will be sent one week prior to the start of the first class. The tutor will discuss what further equipment may be needed.Please bring an apron, tea - towels and all ingredients as listed in the recipes sent to you, also some suitable containers to take food home in.It is important to wear clothes and footwear suitable for a busy kitchen.
