Certificate in Fitness Instruction - Gym Based Exercise

This qualification is aimed at the learner who wants to pursue a career as a fitness instructor in the context of gym-based exercise. You will cover anatomy and physiology, health and safety, planning and delivering gym-based sessions, healthy eating, communication and motivation skills. Courses are planned to run in: September - 20x Thursdays 6-9pm February - 20x Thursdays 6-9pm Bespoke distance learning packages are also available - contact the College for further details.

Entry requirements

You will need to have suitable clothing for a gym environment, including indoor training footwear, personal towel and toiletries.
