It's a course aimed at teaching people that you don't have to spend a fortune to eat healthily. The tutor will be addressing different aspects of nutrition - what the body needs and what you may want to avoid (and why). The tutor will revolve the lesson around different types of meals - these will provide the focus of the lesson and the foundation of the discussion. It is aimed at people who want to improve the health of their family through nutrition but don't know where to start in terms of what to eat, how to shop economically or how to prepare the meals so that they don't cost a lot or take too much time. This course would also appeal to people without families too! The course will cover the following: Shepherd's Pie Butternut Tagine Bean Chilli By the end of the course you will have a better understanding of the basics of nutrition and cooking healthily on a tight budget.
