Subject Contents/Topics To Be Covered: Working in drawing media and collage. Surfaces and formats to work on. Looking at historical and contemporary art. Recommended gallery visits and exhibitions. Working from a sketchbook. Building a portfolio. By the end of the course you should be able to: Work from observation exploring form, tone scale mark making and texture. Work on different surfaces exploring a range of compositions. Have a knowledge of the work of others.
