Yoga: Hatha Yoga. Yoga is a perfectly balanced form of physical and mental exercise. The asanas (postures), breathing practices and relaxation techniques develop strength and flexibility, calm the mind and reduce fatigue. Practise relaxation techniques to relieve stress in body and mind. Bring a towel or a blanket to work on, plus something to cover you during relaxation. All levels. A variety of exercises from beginner to advanced, to enable mixed ability learners to work within their own range of fitness. Exercises will be adapted to suit individual needs.
