Tai Chi Ch'Uan - Tai chi Intermediate

Tai Chi is a 10-12 minute sequence of slow, controlled movements performed in a meditative state. Its daily practice is particularly beneficial for improving posture, balance, reducing blood pressure and stress. Practiced at any age, it is considered to be the most complete natural and effective form of holistic exercise. By the end of the course you should be able have a basic understanding of Tai Chi principles and be able to perform the whole of the Yang Style Short Form of Tai Chi. Wear light loose fitting top and trousers with socks or thin soled slippers. Learners are encouraged to practice outside of the class.
