Do you fancy learning to strut your stuff on the dance floor with sophisticated Ballroom and Latin American dance steps or fun Line Dancing? Or how about brushing up your old Ballet skills? Dance is a wonderful opportunity to develop your creative side and is hugely popular. It is a fun and sociable way to stay in shape. Anyone can dance, regardless of age, background, disability, shape or size. So come on, get up, get down and get dancing! Levels: Beginners - for those with little or no experience. Intermediate - for those with more than 1 years previous experience. Advanced - for those with extensive experience. You will be asked to complete a relevant health questionnaire which is strictly confidential and in the interest of your own safety and wellbeing. Health questionnaires must be completed each September or when you join a class during the year if you have health issues for health and safety reasons. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for the first session to enable these to be completed and any issues discussed with your tutor. Please arrive on time for the start of your class to warm up. The tutor will not allow you to participate in the class if you have missed the warm-up. It is advisable not to eat a heavy meal for at least 2 hours before the class commences. Please bring a drink of water in a plastic bottle.
