Let's Do Afternoon Tea!

The basic skills in Scone-making Cake-making and Pastry-making will be covered in this interesting course which will offer an excellent opportunity for the learner to get to grips with a range of baking skills. Baked goods will be decorated as appropriate and the learner can take them home afterwards to impress family and friends! Afternoon Tea will be served at an appropriate point in the days activities.
