The course will give the learner confidence to try out a variety of recipes which can be made again at home. The emphasis is on cooking for one but any of the dishes can be made in larger quantities when you wish to entertain.We will make a selection of seasonal dishes both sweet and savoury which are suitable for entertaining or eating day to day at home. The foods we prepare will give the learner the opportunity and confidence to try some new dishes or make some old favourites from scratch.
