Cafe Catering (Term 2)

This course is for adults with learning difficulties.Learn how to make a range of baked goods and how to prepare and organise a cafe. Experience working in a setting which imitates the busy working environment of a kitchen and cafe. Work as a team and develop your social skills by serving the customers who access the cafe. Prepare the working area with regard to Health and Safety procedures.
