Have fun with clay learning techniques from hand-building pots, to throwing them on an electric wheel. The tutor will demonstrate different techniques and design ideas - encouraging students to develop their own creativity.

An apron or old clothes are advisable, a small hand towel would be useful. There is a small supply of basic tools which the students may borrow but if students wish to buy their own the tutor will advise. A pottery tool kit is recommended and can be built up over the course.
