Name: Pilates for Life: All Abilities Qualification title: Non regulated Community Learning provision, Sport, Leisure and Recreation Qualification type: Assessment Students will be encouraged to work to their own ability based on their health, posture and body type. Exercises will be demonstrated initially and then students will have a go. Students will have the opportunity to try different levels or stay at the lower levels depending on how they feel, health issues and postural type. Students will only be encouraged to move on to the next level when they have achieved control in the lower level.
