The course will provide you with the skills and knowledge to support others in your community with digital inclusion. The session will provide a hands on approach to supporting others in using ICT and having the confidence with digital technologies as a means of saving money and combat isolation. By the end of the session participants will have the skills to: ? use basic trainer skills to support people in your community ? support your neighbours in the use of for example Skype price comparison websites online shopping etc. ? have a bank of resources to use when supporting others
