This is a hands-on, introduction to massage in Sittingbourne which will provide you with an opportunity to learn some massage routines to practise on family and friends for relaxation and stress relief. The course will involve pair work and some undressing of the upper body. The course includes a short introduction to Essential Oils and on the day you will be able to choose two essential oils for massage blends and we will also look briefly at their application in baths and room burners. You will receive step-by-step guidance from the tutor, where necessary, and by the end of the day, you will be able to perform a simple shoulder, hand and foot massage routine. You will also have guidance notes on how to give relaxing massage treatments for use on family and friends at home.
