Dance Fitness

This Dance Fitness class will offer a fusion of contemporary and jazz/commercial dance styles. The sessions will include a fun warm up, dance routine and cool down. You will aim to improve flexibility, co-ordination and cardiovascular fitness. You will learn to move with confidence and have the chance to be creative by contributing to class choreography if and when you feel comfortable doing so. Men and women are welcome - no previous dance experience is necessary.
