Learners will cover: Lifestyle choices and identifying positive changes to improve their own health and wellbeing. - Personal development and how their personal skills, abilities and behaviours can be improved. This course is especially useful for people who would like to improve their knowledge of health and wellbeing. It is also suitable for those who may already work, or who have expressed and interest in working in the health and fitness industry but do not hold a recognised qualification. This qualification provides learners with an understanding of how to manage their own lifestyle with a view to making improvements in health and wellbeing.
