The art of creating simple blends and how to buy and store oils safely. Students will cover: The history of essential oils, uses and applications: eg: Baths, Massages, Compresses, and Steam Inhalations. Which oils are suitable for which common ailments and reasons why not to use (contra-indications). Anyone interested in Aromatherapy and the safe use of essential oils. This course is not suitable for pregnant women.
