Massage - Introduction

? An introduction to massage techniques using basic and aromatherapy oils. Students will also learn about the health and safety aspects of massage including when it would not be considered safe to perform a treatment. This massage introductory day course is suitable for any adult who is interested in learning how to massage family or friends to promote a feeling of well-being. Some undressing is involved which is handled sensitively protecting students' modesty. You will work in pairs to give and receive shoulder, neck and head massage/to give and receive treatments. This is short massage introductory course suitable for any adult who is interested in learning how to massage themselves, family or friends to promote a feeling of well-being. This course is not suitable for pregnant women.
