Lots of fun ideas for decorating cupcakes for special occasions using sugarpaste and buttercream piping. You will learn a variety of techniques that will be easily transerable to other occasions. Anyone who would like to learn to pipe and get some creative ideas for finishing their cupcakes.

Please bring to the class: 6 cupcakes and a box; 1kg white sugarpaste; 250g black sugarpaste, any sugar paste colours you may have; small rolling pin; paintbrush and edible glue; circle cutters; piping bags; nozzles (JEM 1M or 1J) 80g buttercream; any modlling tools you may have; cornflour.
