Take the time once a week to cut off from the world and have some time to yourself. This course is a gentle mixture of yoga and meditation and is intended to allow you to find out what works for so that you can also work on the techniques at home. Students will be guided through each technique and pose step-by-step and we will use gentle stretching and breath control to help calm the body. Students can expect to achieve the following objectives during the course: * be able to practice yoga stances and meditation techniques independently, * be able to explain various yoga and meditation terms, * Demonstrate how to safely warm up and prepare the body and breath for practising yoga, * Explain and use the abiilty to'listen to the body? and so practice safely with a steady breath, * Show how to use pose and corresponding counter-pose to bring balance to their own practice Everyone is welcome,
